We want you to be happy with your books. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, or if you change your mind, please contact us as soon as possible.

Timeframe

Refund requests should be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve received the returned book, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days.

How to Return

Please email us with your order details before sending anything back. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can help quickly.

Signed & Personalised Copies

Signed or dedicated books cannot be refunded or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
